Open days update!
The response to our open days and tours was heartwarming, we extend our greatest appreciation to all who joined us. Your time spent with us meant the world, and we are grateful for your positive feedback.
Interestingly, the majority of attendees, were new to the concept of boarding facilities, as they had not found a facility that they felt comfortable leaving their pets with until now. We are thrilled to announce that they found in our facility, exactly what they were looking for; resulting in immediate bookings. We invite anyone who has not been able to visit us yet, to book a free online tour of the hotel.
The overwhelmingly supportive comments, especially those highlighting the "home from home feeling" in our suites, resonate deeply with our vision. Creating a comforting environment has always been our goal, and we're delighted to see it recognised and acknowledged by others.
Day Boarding
The success of our "Day Boarding" facility has been remarkable, allowing pets to spend a day or two with us before their longer stays. We are pleased to note the 100% re-booking rate from clients who have experienced this service.
