 Are we there yet? It has been a long arduous but rewarding road and we are absolutely delighted to inform you that Sedgemoor District Council have awarded us a 4 star rating for the kennels! This is a fantastic outcome and makes it all worthwhile. Unfortunately, we still can’t take bookings yet as there is still a couple of things that need to be sorted and we must receive the licence formally, of course. We’ve uploaded some great photos of the kennels that are now fully decorated and furnished, some with luxury dog sofas, rugs, pictures, TV’s and ornaments! A few comments have been made that they are too nice for dogs but I beg to differ, they are after all our best friends and a member of the family, who provide unconditional love, affection and loyalty. They absolutely deserve the very best from us in return. We are working on the logistics for the launch parties, yes parties! Because of the unprecedented registrations we’ve received we will do numerous parties, and you will be invited to come along in due course. We’d really appreciate it if you could RSVP as soon as possible so that we can accommodate everyone before open day. If you haven’t already done so, can you please provide your mobile number by using our registration page on the website. This will allow us to contact you via SMS regarding the launch party or any other relevant event that we feel appropriate. As we plan to offer a chauffeur service for your dogs, we have just taken delivery of a very smart custom fitted vehicle. This will enable us to pick up / drop off your dog(s) from your home or Bristol airport / train station if needed. More details will be available on our website shortly. In the grooming salon, we have installed a top of the range hydraulic shower, grooming table, and dryer so that we can wash and dry your dog before we hand them back, ensuring they are in tip top condition to greet you. We have a new telephone number for booking enquiries 0330 133 8654. Nikki, our Kennel Manager, has been busy working with suppliers to make sure we have the ability to offer alternative food and snacks for your dogs, recommended by vets, as well as taking care of the critical work for health and hygiene.
