Minimum Stay Requirements
During periods of exceptionally high demand, including school holidays and public holiday weekends, minimum stay requirements may apply to bookings.
- School holiday periods: A minimum stay of five (5) nights may apply.
- Public holiday weekends: A minimum stay of three (3) nights may apply.
These minimum stay requirements allow us to manage availability fairly and ensure the highest level of care for all guests during peak periods.
Flexibility Clause
From time to time, and at the sole discretion of management, shorter stays may be accepted where availability permits, for returning clients, or in exceptional circumstances. The application or waiver of minimum stay requirements does not create a precedent for future bookings.
Bookings covering peak periods may not be shortened once confirmed.

- Early check in before 3pm a full days rate for the suite will be charged
- Late check in is between 5pm and 6pm and will incur a £ 25 fee
- Check in after 6pm cannot be arranged.
Checking Out
- Early check out is between 9am-10am and will incur a £ 25 fee
- Late check out is between 12pm – 2pm and will incur a £ 25 fee
- Check in after 2pm will incur a full days rate for the suite

- Coat Brushing – 15 min – £7.50 per dog for short hair – £10 per dog long hair – may require multiple sessions depending on dog size and hair type
- Administration of Medication (Oral or Topical) £4.00 per administration per dog – Multiple daily administrations will be charged accordingly
- Administration of Medication (Injected) – £15 per injection
- Chauffeur Service – £30.00 + £2.64 per mileage
- Pre-checkout Bath & Dry: 0-10 kg £16.00, 11-25 kg £21.00, 26-50 kg£25.00, 51+ kg £31.00
- Additional Enrichment / Feeding etc – £3.00 additional feeding / treats, toys, lick mats, puzzle feeder, Kong, etc. These are additional to existing enrichment and feeding schedules.
