What can I say attention to detail from the moment I took my cockers in for a 7 day stay I new they would be in great hands and they sure was great service staff excellent very friendly and put me at ease wen leaving them picked them up a week later and could tell they had looked after them cctv a bonus so they was still with me even tho I was 5000 miles away !!! All round great service definitely recommend and will be booking again soon thank you.

Thank you so much for having my dog for 15 nights. The cctv in the room made me feel at ease whilst away on my work trip. My dog was super comfortable with his new environment and the staff were amazing, my dog got fed and also pampered aswell as having his prescribed medicine given to him at the relevant hours. The staff are all amazing and I highly recommend. It’s the best pet hotel in the area! Thank you, see you all again soon.

I can’t praise the staff and this hotel enough, left my fur baby who is 14 years young with them for 7 days, I was apprehensive at leaving her at her age but they were amazing. So glad I had the cctv to see she was settled and that the staff played and cuddled her, she settled very quickly. She loved her daily walk and her bath before coming home. So glad I used the pet taxi service, saved me another job after returning from my business trip. Big congratulations to you all, I won’t be taking her anywhere else but your lovely hotel.
