We offer a range of tailored add-ons designed to enhance your dog’s stay, including our wash and blow-dry service, specialty treats, personalised care packages, and additional activities and walks.
We are so proud of our facility that we welcome personal daily tours to allow pet parents a chance to view our state-of-the-art facilities and learn more about what your pet’s stay with us would be like. We ask you to please leave your fur babies at home for your initial visit, as we must ensure that all doggy guest are vaccinated and vaccination records are on file before allowing them to explore our hotel. All tours must be pre-booked by appointment only.
